What Makes Me Different?
Selling your business can be a daunting process and all too often sellers encounter sharks disguised in sharp suits with only one agenda – their own.
My approach is entirely different. After 20+ years as a doctor in the NHS my personal belief is that it is the people within the business who deserve looking after post-sale.
All too often the staff who have contributed to making the business what it is today get treated badly after a sale but this is something I am completely against. The staff rely on the business for their livelihood and this should be respected.
Problem Solving
Sometimes a seller’s situation requires creative problem solving. This is often very difficult when selling to a large company. By working with me you can be sure there is only one person involved in the decision making, and as such we can be much more creative and flexible.
Professional Ethics
Dirty tricks happen often in mergers and acquisitions. Unfortunately it isn’t uncommon for big companies to change the terms/price of the deal at the last minute, leaving sellers with no choice but to accept. After 20 years as a doctor I have immense pride in my ethics, being true to my word and not resorting to underhand behaviour.
